The all natural line of cheese is made of milk selected from the best small dairy farmers of Wisconsin. Unlike many other cheeses, Chippewa Valley Farms' cheeses have no fillers or additives (MPC or added Casein) to get in the way of the taste and texture. Our old world style cheese is made the way cheese was meant to be made- naturally! Chippewa Valley Farms has created an independent commission that validates and certifies our claims. Each farm is visited and inspected to assure the farm exceeds all state and federal requirements for cleanliness, and meets certain guidelines, including: no rBGH is used, no cows are fed blood or any mammal by-products, and all cows are treated kindly and humanely.
